Question slow download speed?

I can stream and game just fine but when it comes to downloads its ungodly slow. I'm trying to download Guild Wars 2 right now and the download is actually stopped most the time at 0/kb / sec and spikes up but will instantly dump back to nothing. This is awfulll

Server issue? You are getting it from their website right? Any other games/downloads go slow?

Can you run a speedtest at dslreports and see how that looks?
