Question Slow downloads on Modhub, sharemods and also Microsoft games ?

There seems to be something messed up with my ISP and these 3 places I listed in the title. The download speeds for them is like 1-10KB/s but they use up all my 50 mbit bandwidth causing lags in videos or slow website loads. Downloading everything else I get full speeds. What is the cause and is there a fix?

I'm not familiar with the mod sites but with MS you might be (probably are) seeding others with Updates. I suspect this is what's happening with your mod sites as well.
