Downloads have been real slow today (ranging about 30 kbps). Usually downloads are very fast. I have Breezeline Internet Service. And Windows System says internet connection is 1000 MBPS.
I turned off Windows Firewall and cleared cache. And not using a VPN.
Using Firefox up-to-date and Windows 10.
Chrome is slow, too.
