[SOLVED] Slow ethernet connection with gigabyte aorus x570 motherboard, and taking a long time to connect ?

Hello, I have a gigabyte aorus x570 motherboard and it takes a lot to connect to ethernet or it gives me an orange light where I connect the ethernet cable and it disconnects or gives me 5mb instead of 60mb that I should have. Can someone help with this ?
I already updated the drivers.

Try a known working, at speed, Ethernet cable.

Ensure that the cable is fully and firmly connected between the motherboard's LAN port and the applicable network connection LAN port (router, switch, wall outlet.)

Ensure that any wireless adapters are disabled. Only one...
