Slow fios wired download speed

I have fios gigabit but wire connections are 100mbps download. I have used fios Speedtest site with my PC connected directly to the fios router. A fios tech was out here and plugged his tablet into the router and was able to get full speeds. The fios speed from fios to the router are what it should be. Anyone know what is causing this? My WiFi is pretty good. Thanks.

What is the speed you pay Verizon for?
What is the speed the Verizon tech got?
What is the speed you're getting?
Is this a new condition, or did it ever work?
What is telling you the download speed is "slow"?

I have 1gbps speed.
Tech was getting around 950 down and 900 up
I’m getting 90 down
It worked fine until about 3 weeks ago
I’ve done speed tests on Verizon’s site

"90 down"...with what? Wired or WiFi?
What changed 3 weeks ago?

Its wired. My internet download and upload speed got slower about 3 weeks ago

The only thing that did change was that I added a tplink wifi extender and a ring chime pro. I removed the tplink thinking it was the problem. But it didn’t fix it.
