Hi, I upgrading my HP laptop to 8.1. Upgrade went great. Although, my FPS in games like TF2 and CS:S were really bad.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I reinstalled regular Windows 8. I got my normal 60+ for TF2 and 100+ for Counter-Strike: Source.

What was my problem? Should I just do a clean install. I do not mind reinstalling my apps in August(Although, school might take away time). Oh, and I always keep my Steam games installed on a separate partition because I play alot of them.

Thanks, mt games are now running at normal FPS by dowloading the latest Intel Drivers. Work great even though they are in BETA! :bounce:

Glad to hear it. Have fun!

May I ask you the link or somewhere to go to get the download of the lastest Intel Drivers because I am currently having the same issue you were. Thanks.
