Slow glowing orange light cyberpowerpc

I have a cyberpowerpc which I bought from best buy and I'm still new to computer tech.

I've noticed after cleaning my desktop out with a air can that there was a slow glowing orange light.

My desktop keep restarting like 3 to 5 times which is What made me notice the light.

look at the mb there should be a vendor and model silkscreen on the mb. google the info and download the mb user guild it have all led and switches info. if the led is the power good led...in the guild it might say green led of power is good and another color if there a fault. if it in the fault color mode then there an issue with the power supply of the pc. depending on the age and if it has a warranty you may need to have them swap out the power supply.
