Slow HDD

I've recently RMA'd my Seagate sata 2 7200.12 HDD and i think the replacement i got is somehow defective. Here is my benchmark for the HDD and the reading rate is abnormal coz other benchmarks that i saw isn't that " zigzaggy "
Does the HDD have a problem ? Do i need to return it and ask for another or can i fix it ?

And sometimes when using the PC and doing something that will require heavy HDD use, like opening HD movies, opening big files, the PC freezes for a few seconds and resume.

Run seatools on it http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/downloads/seatools

Seatools didn't do any good. All the test passed but the long test took at least 2 hrs to finish and it shouldn't have taken that long.
The reading is really too erratic.

If no error code you will have a hard time with RMA.
