Slow internet after fresh install (Windows 7) PLEASE HELP!

I'm not an expert at tech so I'm sorry if I make this difficult for you, but any help is greatly appreciated.

I did a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro, but my internet is so slow it's basically unusable on my computer. I downloaded the ISO from a site other than Microsoft because my Product Key was not working (it said I needed to contact the people that built my PC because W7Pro was already installed when I got it). That is probably what caused it...? Anyway, I installed every Windows Update I could, and tried multiple fresh reinstalls, too. I use a wireless network adaptor to connect to the WiFi, and all my other electronics don't have a problem with connection nor speed. Again, I'm sorry for my ignorance and any help would be appreciated.

Only use iso downloaded from microsoft, you can download and activate later, downloading from another site is dangerous. I suggest downloading an iso from microsoft.

I tried before but my product key isn't compatible. You need to put it in first before you can download anything.
Do you have any other ideas? I'm trying to download the ISO from Microsoft again but I can't because my internet is too slow.

Check friends and neighbors and make an iso image of their windows disc, if you not taking their key its not stealing
