Question Slow internet after switching motherboard

Few months ago I've switched the motherboard on my computer to the ASRock h61m-dgs. Ever since then the internet on this computer have been super slow both wired and wireless. For example on my phone the internet can reach 2MB/s while the computer can only get 20-200KBps. Is there any way to fix this problem since I need it for school and other stuff? And if possible, without spending any money?

I switched the motherboard since the old one was used for more than 5 years ,it was Gigabyte to ASRock h61m-dgs, and I did a full OS reinstall

Being 5 years old is not really a reason to change, but...

BIOS update or LAN drive update.
Or, dodgy cable or ethenet port.
