Slow internet caused by router?

Recently, builders unplugged our router to access a radiator only now that we plugged it back in, my internet is extremely slow. The router is on the other side of the house and my computer is connected to the network by cable. I've tried changing the cables and altering the NIC but nothing has worked.

only if you have the isp username and password and know how to setup router try to hard reset router and reconfigure router with your isp details
