Question Slow Internet on First Boot

Hello, i want to ask about my computer, Every time i turn on my pc, my internet connection always stuck at 0.10Mb ( 100Kb ). thats only 10% on my actual Speed at 10Mb ( 1MB ). Already trying change the Router still same.
I using wifi adapter TL-WN722N, i don't know what to do anymore. please help

Have you downloaded, installed, and configured the applicable drivers for your TL-WN722N wireless adapter?

Download via the manufacturer's website. Install and reconfigure to match the router. (What make and model router are you using? Who has admin rights to the router?)

Also ensure that on the pc only the wireless adapter is enabled. The wired adapter (if present) should not be enabled.

Only one network adapter (wired or wireless) should be enabled on the pc.
