Slow internet on my Pc

So, my download speed and upload speed are really terrible since i updated my Razer Synapse driver this morning. I actually have 35Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, but now i get around 2Mbps down and 1 Mbps up. I am pretty sure it is because of my driver, what shall I do?

I currently do not have a wireless card installed, but my Pc is connected via ethernet.

how are you measuring your speed?

if sure your method of measuring is accurate

uninstall synapse

do your speeds go back up?

it might just be coincidental and might be a problem at your isp or phone line since cant see why synapse would do that to your speed

or check the actual speed being received by the router in its configuration page

I dont think it is my internet, because on every other device the speed is fine

I did, but it didnt help. It is really weird, in a game, I have a ping of 400, but when I do a speed test it takes about 15 seconds until I get a ping and once I get a ping it is 15 and sometimes the download speeds are fine and when i do another test they are really bad again, plus it takes way too long for the test to finish.
