Okay, so the computer connects to the network without much issue, and I've tried it on multiple networks and it remains slow no matter what network I'm connected to. Computer having issues is a desktop.
Only a modem, no router (that or I have them switched). Xfinity proprietary modem, model XB3
Wifi Card is a Realtek RTL8192CE
The motherboard is ASRock H110M-DGS
The power supply is Thermaltake 600? I can't find it online, but that's what it says on the power supply.
I'm running Windows 10 version 1803
8 devices total are regularly connected to the network.
ISP is Xfinity
No errors have actually come up. The wifi card does connect to the internet, but it averages out at around 100 Kbps with the range going from 0- 1.5 Mbps
The internet tends to work just fine when the computer is first starting up, but then after a number of minutes it starts slowing down dramatically
