i have 200mbps internet but i only receive 80mbps i use ethernet

More information needed:

Who is your ISP?

What computer are you using: make, model, OS?

What network hardware are you using - modem, router, etc... Makes and models?

Who manages the network router? There may be some misconfiguration therein that only the admin can change.

For the most part you may be doing well. No ISP truly delivers the advertised performance rates.

And it does not take much for any given network to have problems to further degrade performance. Bad cables and connectors for example.

Or some misconfigured setting. Or too many devices on the network competing for bandwidth.

Details matter.
