Slow internet problem.

Hello.

So little intro.. I have 50 mbit internet and it costs loads, because i dont live in town.
The internet stick is huawei e3276 and it goes into a router Huawei AF23 so my problem is, that i ve had good download speed without a problems for a long time, but last 3 days its like 400kb/s ... but it used to be 8mb/s so ive tried to find a solution with It specialists from that company.. they dont tell any better solutions than " have you tried restaring your computer" so i know that im between 2 stations/radio towers. I tried to move the router in my house, once i got 50 mbit and then it was again 4mbit.. and that just wrecks my nerves, because the proccess is so slow, unplugging the stick, replug, wait when there is connection, and then speedtest.

So my question is, what could be the problem, and how could i make it stronger?
Oh and i borrowed my friends router which has bigger antenna and it gave me same speed, so its not about signal, or crappy router.

I had the same problem with comcast and they came out and fixed it. Maybe you could try that.

OKay, Update.
Things i have tried and it havent helped:
I have tried 2 new routers, just to be sure.
I have tried directional antenna which was very big, i put in on the roof and directed it to the radiotower. ( also the mobile/radi tower whatever it is is very very close to me, like 5 km)
i have tried to lock my internet stick to LTE only
Now i tried different Internet cable and different internet stick.

I am really frustruated..

also for the not, yesterday my internet speed was 45 mbit/s and today its again on 4mbit/s. This 45 mbit/s is really rare symptom now, month or 2 months ago it used to be 45-50mbit every single day.

Also tthis comcast thing, we dont have it in here, Estonia.
