Slow Internet Problem!!

Hi guys. So i am having a problem regarding my internet speed. When i download a certain video from youtube using IDM the download speed is between 300 to 400 kbps but when i try to download any other application from another site using IDM the download speed reduces to 40 to 150 kbps. Any solution?

You do realize that you're not allowed to download videos onto your system. YT deems it against their Terms of Services. The reason you have a higher download speed on the videos is due to the fact that they are on a cache'd server. The files for download aren't which in my assumption is the maximum bandwidth to your connection from the ISP.

Also, some sites deliberately choke your download speed if they detect that you're using a download manager like IDM - - they don't like you using them.
