[SOLVED] Slow internet speed on PC only

I built my first PC and everything went successfully however there is one thing I cant seem to fix. On all devices in my house, I test the internet and get around 140-160mb/s download. On my PC I get around 26mb/s.
I have a 9700k, with a Asus ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming Motherboard. I also have windows 10 pro. If you need more specs I can gladly update this with more. Any suggestions to fixing this issue?

You have an Asus ROG motherboard. Verify if you have the ROG Game First software loaded. That will hurt your network performance.
