[SOLVED] Slow Internet speed while connected through Ethernet

For some odd reason when I'm run the speed test, I am getting lower speeds than what I should be getting. I have a 100Mb speed plan and I normally get a 90-125Mb average. But now I'm only seeing 40-50Mb speed.

I updated windows, network adapter drivers, and still, I cannot get more than 40-50Mb.

I know its not the modem or the router, cause I tested on my other pc it's giving me the correct speed. I even change the ethernet cable. This computer is the only one that is giving me slow speeds. I also turned off (energy-efficient Ethernet, Power saving mode) and still the same result.

is the network adapter failing? Motherboard issue? Windows issue?

Yep, it was the Game first application that was throttling my speed. I completely forgot that I installed that app. Thanks!
