Slow internet speed

Can't find speed and duplex settings on win 7 ultimate?

Hi,

Go to your control panel --> Network and Shering Center --> Change adapter settings -->select your network adapter right mouse button --> Properties --> Configure.. --> At the 2nd tab Advanced you can find the Speed & Duplex settings (best setting is Auto Negotiation

Thank you for your response but ...
tried this many times ,the only thing appearing in the controller properties advance tab is:
''set the physical NIC promiscuous mode'' value:disable.
i am confident that changing the speed duplex setting will fix my download speed problems (if i can find it).My package is 30mb/s,I get less than 7mb/s on provider test and about 1mb/s for downloads site like Steam,GOG,blizzard.
Did also a few other things read on forums.
have any other ideas?
