Slow internet speed

I have Frontier for a ISO. On weekends can hardly stream video. Claim I have unlimited data. My download speed is 1.57mbps. they advertise and sold me on 25mbps. Also is the only DSL ISO where I live. No kidding. I've filed complaint with FCC but withdrew it. Their techs say they see a connection break. Its not in my VB lines.

You need to work with your ISP, DSL depends on phone line quality/noise as well as your distance to one of their stations. You said the tech's say there is a connection break, if the ISP can't fix it, the phone company can.

Thank you. Its working fine now. Its slow on weekends I believe they are data capping me.
