Slow internet speeds on only one computer

I recently upgraded my internet speeds and now all of devices get around 1000 mb download speed whether they are connected directly or through wifi. However my main pc is also connected through an ethernet cord and it only gets around 92mb download. I tried changing the cords with no success and have run out of ideas. My setup is an i7-4771k, 8gb ddr3, 2 x msi 980, 1tb 850evo and I am running windows 10. Thanks for the help.

I would suggest checking what ethernet card you have in your computer. It sounds like you might have a 100 Mbps card and not a gigabit card. Also, you may be using a 100 Mbps port on your router.
