I'm having this slow internet issue in windows, i have fiber internet and 4g but i mostly use 4g to play online games like cs go. But my latency is fluctuating to 1100ms-700ms suddenly. My ping in 4g on SGP server is 60-70 and in fiber its 30-40. I tried using same internet on my dad's lappy which has win 7 ultimate and it works fine it. But only in my pc its fluctuating.
I tried disabling windows update but still no help... also im not quite sure if i have turned the updates off properly because i was a win 7 user and new to win 10. I'm not sure if i can install win 7 in my rig because i have i7 8700 and doesnt know if drivers support win 7. Is there any solution i can fix this other than changing to win 7 ?
