Question Slow lagging games

Hi everyone, I have a hp pavilon dv7 notebook pc. intel core i7 CPU Q720 @1.60 GHz. 8gb ram. whenever i try to play games particularly fifa 19, it keeps slowing down and the in game sound suddenly disappear and appear again and it loads very slowly. Anyone with possible solutions to please help?

ram usage?

Thank you for your reply, I have 4 cores and the temperature is slightly above 80 degrees for all cores.
Ram usage is about: 3500Mb in use while about there is 4500Mb available
I also ran a quick scan on my pc and no malware have been detected.
I have realized that whenever a game is busy running my speed also decreases below 1GHz
