Slow Laptop even after Factory reset

I have an Acer Aspire V3-471G
It used to run fine then suddenly it lags
Then I tried reinstalling it
Installed all the driver from the manufacturer website after a while using it
It started to lag again
I tried installing another supported os (Windows 8.1) but no changes
Also I can't update even after installing a new os

Even with no application running it still lags

Nvm I checked with a software and found out my laptop might be overheating
Anyway I could fix this?
Fan Noises are really annoying

Try undervolting or repasting.

I would avoid opening my laptop up and lowering performance
I also Installed Windows 7 and the fan noises has stopped
The temperature also has lowered drastically
But I still can't update windows
