i have a dell e6430 latitude laptop which is very slow specially on startup
i7 3740qm processor
4gb ram
300 hdd
NVidia nvs 5200m and intel HD 4000 GPU
whenever i turn it on or i copy stuff or do any task its disk usage gets around 100% and ram is at 50% even at idle. i have tested the hdd and RAM integrity with different commands and softwares like "Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool" and both of them are fine. i have tried the following solutions with no result.
1) performing chk disk, sfc , and DISM commands with administrator privileges.
2) performing these commands in safe mode
3) using DBAN to completely format the hdd
4) reinstalling windows 10
5) installing windows 8.1
6) installing windows 7
7) cleaning the laptop from inside
8) stopping startup programs
9) stopping windows search, superfetch and background intelligence service from services.msc
10) running antivirus scans with different avast, bit defender and windows defender (not at once)
11) uninstalling antivirus program
12) using ccleaner to clear registry and temp files
13) deleting temp files manually
14) stopping updates
15) finished all updates
16) upgrading all drivers from manufacturers website
17) uninstalling chrome
18) changing virtual memory to 1.5 initial and 4 maximum
plz help its driving me insane cant even use fb properly
