Slow laptop plzz help

I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 10 on it. Before than I had Windows 8.1. The laptop is running slow then I did a fresh install of windows 10 and it still is slow. What do I do??

One thing you can do is disable windows animations. It gets rid of all the pretty stuff that windows does to make the system pretty. Disabling Windows animation will show some performance increase.

Yes I did. I installed all the correct drivers
