My 'Last BIOS Time' is currently in the 18-20 seconds range, I believe it should be sub 10 seconds. Once handed over to Windows from BIOS, Windows will boot in a few (maybe 3) seconds.

I have tried the following:
Disable BIOS splash screen
Confirm correct UEFI boot order
Disabled all but Sabrent NVMe and USB from boot order
Onboard sound disabled

Build
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X
Mobo: MSI X570 Tomahwak WiFi
RAM: 2 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600-CL18
PSU: Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro 750W
GPU: Zotact Amp Holo RTX3080
Disks: Sabrent Rocket Q4 1TB NVMe (boot), WD Blue 250GB SATA M.2, 2 x 1TB SSD, Seagate FireCuda SSHD 1TB, Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB HDD
Cooling: Cougar Aqua 240AIO. 4 x 120mm fans
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster ZXR

OS: Windows 10 (20H2)

USB Connection
I have also read that USB devices can cause this, here is a list of devices connected.
Directly to PC: HyperCloud X headset, 3 x Monitor (USB Uplink)
Connected via monitor: keyboard, wireless mouse, WiFi dongle, digital clock (for power only), Webcam

Other Connections:
2 x GPU -> Monitor (display port)
1 x GPU -> Monitor (HDMI)
Sound card -> A/V Receiver (optical)
Sound card -> Sound blaster microphone

For clarity, I am happy with Windows boot time and general PC performance, but not the BIOS boot time. Any suggestions gratefully received.

What about Fast BOOT, is it enabled in BIOS ? Does BIOS have option to change how long boot screen stays on ? The tine that shows CPU, frequency, memory, disks ?

Dammit, apparent quote from MSI:

"The boot time is related to the devices you installed, such as the CPU, GPU and SSD. Also the boot time for AM4 is a little long. We will continue to update BIOS for better performance. You can try later BIOS on MSI website. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience caused you! "

So looks like this is just what it is.
