Hello.
I have a Patriot Scorch M.2 drive which is partitioned into two drives. One drive has Windows, the other drive has my games (specifically, World of Warcraft). My MB i s Prime, X470-Pro.
For some reason, WoW loads up very slow. My son has a much older computer, using only an SSD drive, and loads much faster than I do using the M.2 drive.
Over the weekend, I moved WoW onto an OCZ SSD drive and the loading time was cut down considerably.
I ran CrystalDisk utility (which I'm not very familiar with) and had the following results:
Sequential Test:
Read, Write [Mb/s]
Seq Q3271: 1385, 217
4KiB Q8T8: 785, 437
4KiB Q3 32T1: 296, 262
4KiB Q1T1: 35, 96
Does anyone have an idea why the M.2 drive is running WoW so slow? I don't know if the above test numbers are good or bad. I believe I have all drivers updated.
Thanks
