Guys, i'm really Discouraged and disappointed about it. I bought my pc about 4 months ago and as far as i remember everything was fine, but now, it really freaks me out...in games like mafia 2, far cry 3, AC:black flag and AC:unity i occurred the problem of slow loading textures: people and cars pops up out of nowhere, shadow textures changes, houses and street textures changes.
fps in most games is good, in black flag and fc3 i have 30-60 fps(i think it is good, after all, its ubisoft, u know..), mafia 2 with vsync i lock on 60 and without over 100, and in ac:unity its 30-40(which is, as far as i know, good for my specs).

does anyone familiar with this problem? is it normal? can someone please help me?

Specs:
intel i5 4590 3.3GHz
12gb ram
sapphire r9 280x vapor-x DDR5 3GB OC (UEFI)
gigabyte H87-HD3 motherboard
FSP 650w PSU

examples from far cry 3:

1. look on the shadows on the grass:

2. look at the view, all textures slowly loaded:

But even if it's normal, do u think is ok? doesn't it bother u? it freaks me out, i can't play like that. anad if it's normal, why there are videos in youtube of people with the same GPU that runs it smoothly?

Try removing either the 8 GB one or the pair of 2 GB sticks temporarily and see if the issue still persists. Weird RAM setups such as this are known to cause problems.

removed the pair, still the same...
maybe u can take a look on this:http:// ,this is a logfile of some games....
I have to say that the frame rate is great in all games, where it should be 60 or above without Vsync it does, and where it should be less, it does, like ac:unity for example...

That's odd. I have a bit the same issue but it's a new build. Maybe it's a good related thing. I have a i7 8700k 16 gigs of RAM 3000mhz xmp profile 2.0 and no overclock CPU and a 1080p 60hz monitor. My video card is 1060 6gb SSC. And one SSD and SSHD hybrid drive. So I can only assume driver related or hard drive related or gpu. Have you found out what the problem is?

I believe it is the hard drive, I have a couple of games on my internal ssd (I use a laptop, gs65 to be precise) and other games installed in my external hard drive, have been giving me texture problems, even heavy frames drop (wont pass 10 fps) for example I can play apex at 60fps ultra settings, no problems, but sometimes it locks at 10fps, while rainbow 6 siege plays at 75fps ultra settings flawlessly never had issues, while in internal drive.
