Slow loading textures

I have 2gb of VRAM, 8gb of ram, 250 SSD and my textures are loading slow even on older games that don't have much requirement.

Have you tried reloading the video drivers after wiping them with the DDU program? Did this start at a specific time after some change to the system? Need some details about this.

If have not used the ddu but I did reinstall my driver's I did nothing to change system except an SSD which helped some but there is still a lot of texture pop ups. Could it be the screen a lot of reviews said it's not for gaming and causes screen tearing which it does when gaming.

Games like Witcher 2, just cause 2, Batman Arkham Knight. graphics card is GTX 950 and the monitor is HP 23er and I think I came out 2016
