Slow loading times. What to upgrade?

As the title says i have slow loading times in some games, not so bad in most of them. Recently with Total War: Warhammer being released the loading screens take some where around 4-7 mins if i had to guess. I'm just wandering what i should upgrade in my PC to improve the loading times. I was thinking of adding another stick of 8GB RAM, but i'm not 100% certain if that will help or not. Maybe it's HDD problem, not sure where to go with this. Any suggestions?

Seagate ST500DM002-1BD142 500GB - Hard disk
Corsair VS 450 PSU
Crucial DDR3 1 x 8gb RAM
AMD R9 270x
AMD FX-6300 (Black edition)
GA-970A-DS3P Motherboard

answer: buy a ssd and put tf2 on that the game will load in 20 seconds (YES 20 seconds!!).

anyways your build is awful like your psu can't deliver enough stable power to those components and i won't mention upgrading is a dead end.
but i had to mention it.

Get an SSD and it will probably load 2x as fast.
And get a better PSU man..Corsair's VS and CS series PSUs arent dat good
