Slow Loading Times

Hi, I have an issue with my loading times. My computer is running on a 1050ti, i3-8100, 8gb ddr4 ram and a seagate skyhawk 1tb. When in my games I can play the game perfectly fine, but it takes ages to actually load in, sometimes even slower than on consoles. Also, when i alt-tab in and out of my games, it takes a good amount of time. Any answers on how to fix?

That Seagate drive is a 5400RPM. That will cause slow loading. If your 8GB of RAM is a single DIMM, that will also slow down loading. If your 8GB of RAM is very heavily used (chrome open, chat, VOIP, etc open) then you may be swapping which will also slow things down. You will have to do some more research and provide more details before a recommendation can be made.
