Question Slow NVME M.2 after changing motherboard and CPU.

I have switched from the AMD platform to intel one. However, when my nvme m.2 ran so fast when it was with ryzen 5 3600 and x470, now, it's running at only half that speed on my z390 and i7 9700k. What are the problems with it and how I can speed it up again?
