Question Slow pc after clean windows 10 installation

My pc has recently been to reparation, they put in a new SSD, before i was easily able to run CS:GO with 130+ fps, now it seems to be capped at 80 or 30

Any help or advice is appreciated

CPU: i7 7700HQ @ 2.80GHz
GPU: gtx 1050
Storage: 238GB ssd and an external 931 GB hdd

is the corect drivers instaled?
and do you have the same settings in cs go as before?

Have you run ALL of the current updates? Start there first. Then install the current drivers available for your hardware. That should clear up any issues.
