My specs:
Intel Core i5 6500 Skylake.
AMD Radeon R9 390
8 GB DDR4
ASUS Z170-A motherboard
Corsair 500 W

I upgraded my pc about a week ago. It worked great and all that, but a few days ago when I turn on the computer it said;
Checking Media Presence........
Media Present.........
Start PXE over IPv4 (and then after a while) IPv6, and then it turns on like normal.

And when I play Black Ops 3 it's really laggy. It wasn't laggy before. And Modern Warfare 2 just froze, nothing worked so I had to turn the pc off and on again. When I turned it on It said ''Overclocking Failed''. I didn't try to overclocked a thing. All the drivers are up to date, but I haven't updated the BIOS. How do I fix it?
(sorry for bad english)

Solution
Exactly which model is your PSU? 500W is actually enough to safely run that GPU, but it's safest to get a good quality one.

This sounds like it could be a network issue. Have you tried to play games in offline mode? Do you still get the slowdown?

As for the "overclocking fail" error, I've encountered many Asus boards that try to overclock components without owners knowing it. Enabling options like "GPU Boost" or "Performance/Gaming Mode" in your BIOS or using the motherboard utilities will usually overclock your components using automatic settings, which don't always work very well. It may be trying to automatically overclock your CPU but is displaying the error because you have a multiplier locked CPU.
