Question Slow PC, games crashing, and blue screen even with high end PC ?

i play valorant and gta sometimes games crash or i go into a blue screen even though my specs are a i9 10850k, RTX 3070 ti, and 32gb 3600mhz ram
i tried reinstalling windows, taking it to microcenter (said there was no problem) and i checked for any driver updates but nothing, blue screen errors say SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Yes i also tried reinstalling the games

ran memory test?
latest motherboard bios?
brand and model of the psu?
what the cpu/gpu temp during the game?

i built this 7 months ago and before it was running fine until i upgraded my rx5700 xt to a rtx 3080 ti
i did a cloud reinstall last week and im still having these issues
i dont know how to do a ram test and i do have the latest bios
i use the nzxt 850c psu
cpu around 40 to low 50C
gpu around 50 to 60C
