Question Slow PC internet Speed. Fast mobile internet speed.

Hello guys and girls. Currently having an issue with my ASUS Z240IC. My internet speeds as of late on the PC have been slower than normal, ran several speed tests and getting between 25-35mbps. However on my phone's WiFi the speed is a constant 100mbps. Any ideas and suggestions into correcting this problem. Many thanks. P.S I've reset and uninstalled and installed the network adapters. I've Reset WINSOCK. I've Reset IPv4 TCP/IP stack and I've Reset IPv6 TCP/IP stack.

Are you certain that only one adapter (wired or wireless) is enabled on the Asus?

Using wired, did you try another known working Ethernet cable?

What make and model for other devices: i.e., modem, router, or modem/router (if combined)?

Are you able to run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the command prompt?

More information needed.
