my computer works ok when i install the OS for some days. then gradually the performance drops and it gets slower and slower ? Whats the reason and whats is solution for this

solution: vigilance or switch to linux or macOS

Fragmentation of files on the hard drive over time is another cause for slow down no one has mentioned. Also if your running your system with a rather low quantity of ram, lets say 1Gb or under, it is possible a lot of start up programs and random stuff running the in background is taking away enough ram that it's noticeably slowing your computer down.

I find AMD Fusion and Registry Mechanic work wonders in prolonging the life of my OS.
