PC is ridiculously slow UNTIL a "big file" is opened.
For example, Excel takes approximately 3-5minutes.
If I open and close, say, Hearts of Iron, then PC runs like clockwork - superfast.
I'm guessing that it's somehow to do with the way RAM is being accessed??
Once running, it runs perfectly.
