Hi my PC gets really slow when using the internet, mostly when downloading. I noticed when I use different way to connect to the internet like using a USB internet hot spot I get no problem, only when connecting through the Ethernet port or using a WiFi adapter to connect to my WiFi router. all of my drivers are up-to-date, including my graphic card and my network adapter. My PC is not that old , my system is as follows:
Windows 10 pro - 64bit
intel COre i7-3930 CPU @ 3.2GHz Over clocked to 4.2 GHz
32 GB RAM
GeForce GTX 680

I tried to update every thing including flash , JAVA, windows internet explorer, firefox, chrome and a lot of other things.

so any help are welcome.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to uninstall/reinstall the wifi and LAN driver.
- Go to the manufacturer site of the motherboard or for the wifi adapter site and download the drivers first.
- Once the drivers has been uninstalled, open Device Manager and uninstall both the LAN and wifi adapter.
- Next is to install both drivers for the LAN and wifi adapter.
- Reboot the PC once the latest drivers has been installed.
- Do test it again after the reboot and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- And lastly, do also check for any BIOS update that is available for your PC.
