Question slow performance with Ryzen 3700x

I have fps issues. I have 60-80 fps on 1080p in R6 Siedge benchmark (on youtube with same specs it is ~200fps)
in escape of tarkov I have 30fps drops... in other games i have 55-50fps drops

I have last version of bios and amd chipset drivers
I tryed reinstall windows
I have XMP profile enable
I tryed dissable SMT

I would look at your PSU as a potential source of instability. You put one of the worst power supplies on the market in a higher end system.
