2x nVidia 1080ti (SLI)
Corsair 1200w PSU
Maximus IX Code MB
Windows 10

Issue:
PC will boot extremely slowly, it will load past the "F2 or Del" for the bios but then hang on the ROG logo for 3-4 min. I checked the post code on the MB and it says either "61" or "b1" not sure.
This issue cropped up about 3 days ago and I've yet to resolve it. I did notice a few things during my troubleshooting. 1, the lights on my mouse will turn on when it is finally about to boot. 2, Windows 10 had an update when it first started, the updates were stuck however I removed them manually. 3, I've been noticing my system has a few hiccups here and there, most noticeable in games. I'm not sure if it is a game related problem (League of Legends) as that's where I first seen it.

What I've Attempted:
BIOS Update
Reploace CMOS Battery
Checked Drivers for Updates
Checked for Malware/Virus'
Removed Corrupted Updates

You have a K CPU so are you overclocking? According to the ASUS forums Q code 61 usually rears it's ugly face when the BIOS get's messed up from overclocking. Also, are you using any dongles or USB hubs? Someone had a Maximus Hero VI and it would fail to post because of a USB hub.

Not overclocked, and no USB hubs. Only USB unique item I have is Yeti Mic and Astro A50

Try unplugging them and then try booting again.

Issue revolved around Windows 10 Updates. After working through some additional troubleshooting steps I discovered some updates that were stuck. I managed to remove them manually in their entirety, downloaded the current ones from MS website, and installed without issue. Once the installation was complete a restart (Issue still persisted) was done. Then I shutdown the system and the issue was no longer present.

Interesting! I really hate how a lot of issues like this can be caused by hundreds of things.
