my question is that my PC is still kind of slow like when i install a game and play a video at the same time it plays slowly!!isnt my Specs good enogh to avoid that?>

No, an 8500GT is a very underpowered GPU.
What resolution do you game, what type of games do you play and what is your budget?
Also, how powerful is your PSU?

+1 on getting SP3.
