I'm not exactly sure how I can describe this, but for the past few days I've been having a few issues with my computer, which seemingly came out of no where, but more likely were caused by a lapse in attention on my part. Often when I try and select a window, or the windows menu, it will take around fifteen seconds to respond, and I find that chrome tabs also have this issue, sometimes they will also just load forever, which is disheartening, and it's not caused by my wifi as far as I can tell, because I'm having issues not related to my internet as well, and when doing speed tests my internet stays within a decent range of around 30 mbps. Along with this on startup my computer will often fail, and I will need to run windows repair. I'm not exactly sure what's been causing this, and it's been rather frustrating, as I couldn't figure out what keywords to search for to find a solution to my problems. Just a few hours ago it blue screened while I was letting it idle. (Approximate time AFK half an hour). Please oh wise people of Tom's Hardware, help me with my issues.

Specs:
Windows 7 64-bit business
Asrock Z97 Extreme motherboard
Intel Core i5 processor 4690K LGA1150
Geforce GTX 760 2048 mb Graphics card

I've only had this build for a few months, it would be sad if I damaged it beyond repair somehow.

I'm currently getting 65=75 mpbs down because my family has left the house, and I'm still having trouble with loading webpages.

Did you do a full scan for viruses? Malwarebytes is good to use, and try a rescue boot disk with a scanner, Avira has a free one I use.

May also be an issue with RAM, try the system with one RAM stick at a time see if that is stable that way. A failing hard drive also can cause boot issues.
I let it idle for a couple minutes again and it gave me a blue screen. I'd honestly appreciate some advice, because it feels like my computer will be unusable unless I can figure out what's causing this.
