Slow rpm Air flow fans placed above fast rpm SP fans

Does the 2 X 200 mm fan on the top obstruct the air flow of 2 X 140 mm static pressure fans of CPU water cooler placed at the bottom and the radiator placed between them....becuz SP fans have more rpm and static pressure and those 200 mm fans have slow rpm and less Static pressure.

the guy placed two 200mm air flow fans above the radiator as an exhaust and also two 140 mm sp fans at the bottom of radiator...so will the efforts of two 120 mm SP fans be diminished by the two 200mm fans at the top.Will those 200 mm fans act as barriers ?

i have the same nzxt phantom 630 cabinet/case and planning to do the same arrangement as the guy did in the video ...so is it a bad idea ..as i think 200mm fans will be a barrier for those two 120 mm fans .

basically you are thinking about it wrong,the important thing for cooling is airflow and not pressure.
The two 200mm fans will move more air even at a lower speed than the 140mm fans so they will not restrict the 140mm unless they are at a very low rpm,in fact in normal circumstances the 140mm fans will be the ones that dictate how much airflow goes through the radiator.
