[SOLVED] Slow samsung 970 evo+ 1TB

I have a z390 system and a power supply that doesn't have the maximum number of pins the motherboard could take. Is that possibly why my new samsung 970 evo is slow. Could using the onboard graphics instead of a card slow it down as well. UserBenchmark below is at 15th percentile for my system.

What specific motherboard?
Use CrystalDiskMark instead of userbenchmark, and post a screencap of the result here.

And that shows absolutely no problem. Performing pretty much as advertised.
Solution - Don't use userbenchmark.
