Took advantage of the Ryzen 2600+ deal at microcenter and upgraded my build. But for some reason the shutdown literally takes a minute. When I hit shutdown, it would see the window as if it looks like it is doing nothing for 30 secs and then it goes to the blue shutdown screen for another 30 secs. This is a fresh install of windows 10 pro build 1909. My hardware is.

AMD Ryzen 2600+
Gigabyte b450m ds3h
2 x 8gb micron ddr4 2666 mem
Intel 545 512gb SSD boot. Drive
Rx 580 video card (I forgot brand)

new build? is the os install on this new system or from another system?
or did you just upgrade the cpu? latest bios?

I upgraded the mobo, cpu and memory as well as upgraded the bios. I kept the video card, hard drives, power supplies, and etc. I did a clean install of windows 10 and put in the reg hack and still happens.

In any case, for some reason today I did the shutdown it was much quicker. Not sure why, but I guess this problem resolve itself.
