Slow Spinning PC Fan.

Hello everyone,

today I started up my PC and saw that 1 of my PC fans was slowly spinning and after 10-15seconds it was at normal speed. Sometimes there comes a loud buzzing noise from that fan aswell. What could be wrong?

Replace the fan. It sounds like it’s broken.
