Question Slow ssd and hdd

Just got a better pc case then i logged in csgo and only 30 fps then i open taskmaneger to se the problem and hdd and sdd working both 0% help me fix this please

Thats a little bit slow for a typical SATA III solid state drive.
But this brand "Wesyren digital 240gb ssd "...unknown.

But not hugely slow.

then why csgo is running only 30 fps
